U6 - Learn to Play (Ages 3–6): This beginner-friendly program introduces young players to the fundamentals of ball hockey through simple drills, guided instruction, and active play. Each session focuses on building confidence, coordination, and basic skills in a fun, supportive environment. Learn to Play is the perfect starting point for children who are brand new to the sport and eager to learn the basics.
House League (Ages 7–16): This recreational program welcomes players of every skill level and focuses on fun, teamwork, and developing the fundamentals through weekly games. Coaches create an inclusive, positive atmosphere where athletes can grow their skills, make friends, and compete in balanced, age-appropriate divisions. Whether your child is new to the game or has years of experience, House League delivers fast action, fair play, and a great time. Divisions are typically grouped in two-year increments and may be adjusted depending on registration.
